Prior to Program Commencement or before Pre-Reading Material delivery the following conditions apply:
* Cancellations made after Pre-reading materials have been delivered are not eligble for refund.
* Cancellations made less than 18 business days before course begins are not eligible for refund.
* Refunds are made within 14 business days following the receipt of approved cancellation or withdrawl requests.
Credit is provided for partial completion. Hours awarded are related to hours completed. Student must contact us within 30 days after course has ended to arrange partial credit award. Please contact us to discuss the details.
Modifications to registration, including substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least seven days before the program date. Participants may contact us to modify their registration. Course changes will be allowed related to available spots.
We accept partial credit transfers from other organizations or programs. Students who have completed an ICF accrediated Level 1 program with another organization can apply the completed hours towards qualifications for our ICF Level 1 or 2 programs. Please contact us to discuss the details.
Should a student become ill during or before the program begins, they are allowed to transfer to future available programs without any additional costs by providing written notice within a reasonable time period. Please contact us for additional information.

We seek to ensure equitable treatment of every person and resolve any grievances in a timely and fair manner. Participants can discuss with faculty to resolve the issue and file a written grievance regarding the program or trainer.
